Building Better Communities (BBC) is an initiative aims to enhance the delivery of sport, culture and recreation programming and services. BBC offers a Tool Kit that provides a list of resources were created specifically, or resourced, to support the Building Better Communities initiative.

Building Sustainable Communities: Good Practices and Tools for Community Economic Development (2006)
This document combines the "economic development tools" with additional "tools", are the basis of this report.
